Stephen D. Roggenbaum Reappointed to the Florida Suicide Prevention Coordinating Council

Stephen D. RoggenbaumOn May 16, Governor Rick Scott announced the reappointment of Stephen D. Roggenbaum to the Florida Suicide Prevention Coordinating Council. The Council is a permanent entity comprised of 27 statutorily designated voting members and other non-voting members that is held accountable to the Legislature for designing strategies to implement the Florida Suicide Prevention Strategy.

The Governor appoints four additional members to the coordinating council. The appointees must have expertise that is critical to the prevention of suicide or represent an organization that is not already represented on the coordinating council. Steve was reappointed for a term beginning May 16, 2013, and ending July 1, 2015.
