Dr. Christina Dillahunt-Aspillaga Receives Travel Funds from United Faculty of Florida at USF
Congratulations to Dr. Christina Dillahunt-Aspillaga who was among six of thirty-four submissions selected to receive travel funds from the United Faculty of Florida at USF. The funds will help cover her travel to the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM) conference held this October in Atlanta, GA. This is the largest conference in the world for interdisciplinary rehabilitation research bringing together rehabilitation researchers, providers, clinicians, and administrators from over 65 countries.Two of Dr. Dillahunt-Aspillaga’s presentations focusing on rehabilitation of military with traumatic brain injury have been accepted.
Also at the conference, Dr. Dillahunt-Aspillaga is Co-Chairing the Military Community Reintegration task force annual meeting. As part of this task force, she is co-editing a supplement accepted for publication in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Attending this meeting will allow her to address business related to publication.
