RMHC Welcomes Sarah Balmer as New Academic Services Administrator

Sarah BalmerWelcome to Sarah Balmer, who has joined the Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling Program (RMHC) as an Academic Services Administrator.  Sarah will oversee the general administration of the master’s and graduate certificate programs in RMHC, which recently merged with the Department of Child & Family Studies (CFS). Sarah will be involved in many aspects of the RMHC program, including faculty support and development, student admissions and academic support, course management, and communications development. Sarah will also be assisting the RHMC Program with their dual accreditations and working with the Program Director in assimilating data collection across the three CFS academic programs for reporting purposes.

Sarah comes from USF Health, where she served as Program Coordinator of Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiovascular Disease, & Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowships. She holds a Business Management degree and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. She is also obtaining her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of South Florida. She has also been an active member of the Junior League of Tampa, where she has co-chaired the Tampa Public Affairs Committee, and is a member of the Be Mine Heart Gallery Gala Committee. She has also been a member of the Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Board.
