Ms. Wheelchair Florida 2016 has recognized CFS's Dr. Elizabeth Perkins as a Tiara Tuesday Recipient
Ms. Wheelchair Florida 2016 Heather Taylor is showcasing inspirational stories during her Tiara Tuesdays series, in which she recognizes individuals who are servant-hearted, empowers individuals with disabilities, has any type of disability, and is willing to have their story shared to help raise awareness and motivate others for positive change.
CFS's Dr. Liz Perkins, a congenital amputee who was born without her right arm, will receive her very own tiara and will be recognized at the 2016 Tea & Tiaras fundraiser. Dr. Perkins was one of first ever to undertake nurse training, and become a registered nurse (in 1992) with her type of disability in the United Kingdom.
