National Institute on Aging Funds Project to Monitor Electric Powered Wheelchair Navigation by Elderly with Cognitive Impairments

Dr. David Chiriboga Serves on APA Multicultural Guidelines Revision Task Force

Retitled Multicultural Guidelines: A Reconsideration and Applications and approved by APA’s Council in August 2017, the revised document reflects the significant growth in research and theory regarding multicultural contexts since the original 2002 guidance was adopted, and encourages psychologists to consider how knowledge and understanding of intersectional identity develops from and is disseminated within professional psychological practice.
