Donna Bell serves as a Web Content Administrator for the Florida's Center for Child Welfare within the Department of Child & Family Studies. The Center provides information, collaboration, and program support to Florida's professional child welfare stakeholders.
Donna's responsibilities include maintaining the Center for Child Welfare site, in additional to the websites for: Quality Parenting Initiative in Florida, California, Nevada and Ohio; QPI4 Kids; and Florida Children's Mental Health System of Care.
Donna previously held positions at the University of Southern Maine and George Mason University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Assistive Technology and eLearning and is currently pursuing her Masters in Instruction Technology from the University of South Florida.
